Case study · Sales workflow
A 35–40 minute quote became a 3–4 minute workflow.
The AI Quote Accelerator reads a supplier's design drawing, fills the sales team's own quote with every detail, drawing and customer review, and sends a person only what the drawing cannot know. Nothing reaches a customer unchecked.
The drawing, read
What did the drawing say, and what still needs a person?
Quote Accelerator · one job after reading
The quote builder · kit 01, filled from the drawing
Quote Accelerator · the queue
Quote Accelerator · the HubSpot note, previewed
Very simple, very effective.
Sales rep who led the testing · On quoting with it, at the rollout check-in
01Before
The team needed quotes out fast. Each one meant copying a supplier drawing into a quote, one field at a time.
Every job starts as a drawing from the supplier's design software. Eight pages, the supplier's logo and a building-approval watermark.
A rep re-typed the job into the team's quote builder, field by field.
Then saved a PDF and pasted the drawings in by hand, with the supplier's logo covered.
35 to 40 minutes a quote. Each rep did it their own way, so steps got skipped.
02Input
Now a rep can start a quote in two steps. Choose one of the team's four quote documents, then upload the drawing.
07Client proof
The rep who led the testing ran the team's own drawings through it, trying to break it, before anyone else used it.
I've been trying to break it, so I haven't had any issues so far.
Everyone will be putting out the same product … it's all there, it's all done for them.

03AI packaging
The reader finds each value by where it sits on the drawing, then rewrites it in the team's own words. Every field says where it came from.
The job's details, as the reader wrote them
Scored against 20 real drawings and the quotes the team actually sent for them. Where a sent quote and its drawing disagree on size or price, the reader asks a person instead of choosing.
04Human review
The reader flags only what needs a human. The size, the price, the address and what to call the structure. The rep confirms or corrects, and the quote unlocks.
As long as you've got the right information, that initial document, it works perfectly fine.
01 / 03
Thirty details came off the drawing. Four wait for a person.
02 / 03
The drawing carries no postcode. The rep adds it and saves.
03 / 03
Every check confirmed. 34 details in place and the quote ready to open.
05Output
The quote opens in the builder the team already used, filled in and still editable. Print it and it is the finished document.

06CRM memory
One click saves the checked quote to the customer's contact as a note, and to their open deal when there is exactly one. Nothing else in HubSpot changes.
There's a bit of excitement around this, seeing what it can do and how simple it is.
Rolling out to the wider sales team now, new reps included as they join.
The figures are the client's own, given at the rollout check-in on 15 October 2026. Reading accuracy comes from 20 real drawings scored against the quotes actually sent.
