TL;DR
Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify and Xero connect under one invitation-only agency login.
Every connector has a data preview screen — see the exact fields, accounts and date ranges a connection returns before it feeds a report.
Connection health is live in the DashboardLim platform today, showing Connected, Pending, Need Attention and Error against real sync activity.
Blended cross platform reporting is in development, not live.
Client reporting rarely breaks in the spreadsheet. It breaks at the connection — a revoked permission, an expired token, an account that quietly stopped returning rows. You find out when the client is already waiting.
Agency360 is built around that failure. It brings your client platforms under one agency login, shows you exactly what each connection returns before you rely on it, and surfaces the connections that need attention first.
One login, every client account
Your Agency360 account is provisioned for your team — access is by invitation, not public signup, so only your agency touches your connections. Under that one login you authorise each client's Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify and Xero accounts with OAuth.
Meta accounts are grouped by Business Manager so you pick exactly the ad accounts you want in scope. Connect only what you choose, and disconnect any platform at any time.
Invitation-only access — no public signup, no social login, one account per agency team
Per client account selection — choose the exact ad accounts, stores and organisations in scope
You keep control — disconnect any platform, or revoke from the platform's own settings

Four platforms your clients already run on
Connect each client's accounts once, under your agency login, and preview exactly what each platform returns. Two ad platforms, one commerce platform and one accounting platform — the four your clients are most likely already running.

See what a connection returns before it feeds a report
Every connector opens onto a data preview. Pick the date range and the fields that matter, then inspect the real rows the connection returns — campaign, spend, impressions, clicks, orders, net sales, refunds — before a single number reaches a client.
Broken permissions and empty date ranges surface at connect time, not at report time. If a connection is not returning what you expected, you find out here.

Know whether a connection is actually usable
A connection that authorised last month is not automatically a connection that works today. Permissions get revoked, tokens expire, accounts get moved.
The DashboardLim platform derives connection health from real sync activity rather than self-reported status, and rolls it up per client — so the connections that need attention are the ones you see first.
This is the screen our own team runs on, every day, across every client we operate.

Connection by connection, with the last check
Open a client and you get the connection-level view — every connector, its current status, when it last synced and how many records came back. Connected, Pending, Need Attention and Error are the product's own states, not marketing labels.
A connection that has not synced says so, in plain language, with the date attached. That is the whole point: the gap is visible before anyone builds a report on top of it.
Broken permissions and empty date ranges surface at connect time, not at report time.
From scattered data to a picture you can navigate
Connect, verify, understand, decide. Agency360 does the assembling and the checking, and cuts the time it takes to work out where to look. The judgement, the strategy and the client conversation stay with your team.
Connect — one agency login, each client account authorised with OAuth
Verify — see the exact fields, accounts and date ranges a connection returns
Understand — know which connections are solid and which need attention
Decide — spend the hour on the account that needs you, not on finding where to look
What is live, and what is not
Live today, connect and preview across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify and Xero, with account selection and disconnect controls. Connection health runs in the DashboardLim platform and is being rolled into Agency360.
In development, a blended reporting view across all four sources, and reporting dashboards built on verified connections. TikTok is in pilot on a single connection. Planned behind those, scheduled refreshes, automated client reporting and alerts when a connection needs attention.
We would rather show you the product as it is than sell you a roadmap. Nothing on this page is a mock-up.
Best fit today
Agencies running client accounts across Meta, Google, Shopify and Xero, where the cost of a wrong number is a client conversation. Fewer logins to chase, one place to check whether the data is trustworthy, and a faster route to the account that actually needs you.
